TwcValeting was established in 2019 when a love for cleaning our own vehicles lead us into the automotive valeting world, we have since then valeted 100's of vehicles, converted a unit in Brampton into our own space for valeting & gathered many great reviews along the way. A brief description of our packages and which may suit you better

Basic Valet

Our basic valet is ideal for our customers that use the vehicle daily for work purposes, but with such a busy schedule who has time to keep it clean it the process..

Extreme Clean

Our extreme clean package is for the vehicles that have had animals inside or perhaps you forgot matts in your vehicle and its maybe gone past a "quick hoover out" stage. This covers agricultural vehicles, Animal Transport & hard set stains & marks inside.

The Monthly Plan

Our monthly plan entails one extreme deep clean then after this within a period of 2-4 weeks every month your vehicle is valeted for a discounted price. This package is perfect for taxi's, daily driven cars, business vehicles, prestigious vehicles and anyone who just wants to keep their vehicle looking brand new all the time!

What Our Packages Entail

The Basic Valet

Our basic valet entails a 

- full vehicle vacuum 

- door cards brushed down and fully cleaned

- matts wet vaxxed and vacuumed

- dashboard wipe down with air vent clean 

- interior & exterior glass clean, 

- Air freshener added 

- exterior 4 stage wash 

(Stage 1 : Tar & Bug removal + prewash) 

(Stage 2 : snow foam & wheel deep clean)

(Stage 3 : 2 Bucket hand wash & rinse)

(Stage 4: 30 Day Ceramic Added, Vehicle dried, Tyres Slicked)  

Extreme Clean

Our extreme valet entails everything our basic valet offers however with some extra's

- Carpet dye (If applicable)

- Animal Hair Removal

- Upholstery Wet Vaxxed

- Seat Removal (Paid Extra)

- Steam Cleaning Stains & Grime

- Odour Eliminator aircon bomb

The Monthly Plan

Our monthly plan's first valet brings together both our Basic Valet & Extreme Clean packages together to get your vehicle immaculate which keeps your vehicle looking brand new & easier to clean, In effect after your first deep clean your following valets will work off the Basic Valet package + 30 day ceramic, however at a discount as a thankyou for your loyalty and continued custom to TwcValeting. If you'd like addition's from the extreme package we can also offer this for a discount.

Full Upholstery Clean

Our full upholstery clean includes 

- Seats Wet Vaxxed & Dried

- Carpet Stains Removed

30 Day Ceramic

Our 30 day ceramic is a product designed to create a silicone based shell to prevent wear and tear, corrosion & any forms of stains. Not only does our ceramic coating protect your paintwork it also enhances your paintwork bringing out a constant shine & stopping dirt sticking to your vehicle.

Dyeing

Our dye process is perfect for when your vehicle's matts, boot, or footwells are starting to look aged and worn out. We use a vehicle designed upholstery dye that works by applying thin layers at a time to work into the fabric and slowly bring it back to a like new finish. We only offer this service on vehicles with black matts & upholstery as dark colours leave a better finish.

Upholstery stains that have been left for longer periods can't always be removed but we will always go above and beyond to remove what we can.

We book all our work in through our Facebook page & over the phone (WhatsApp & calls), this is due to our opening hours being after 5pm & it being easier to speak one to one to organise drop off and collection.

We work out all prices via facebook messenger or whatsapp, all you need to do is send us which valet you'd like a brief description of if the vehicles had any animals inside and if theirs any extras you'd like which can all be found on our website below. We work this way and not via set prices as everyones definition of clean and dirty is different so if we get a picture of the vehicle we can roughly estimate a time and product cost meaning neither the customer or ourselves are being under or over charged.

TwcValeting is owned and ran by Tom (myself), I'm also a fully qualified technician so TwcValeting is ran after i finish my day to day job, I've recently took on a help in hand you may also deal with called Kyle. We both work 5 days a week and the valeting is after hours and weekends hence the unusual working hours.

Every vehicle differs on time however we do ask customers who are leaving their vehicle with us after 5pm if they could collect the vehicle the next morning (we can get the vehicle back to your for anytime that morning), We ask this incase anything is taking longer than expected. This then runs into our night time and not our customers & relieves any pressure. On weekends we work from 9am-6pm.

We work from a unit in Brampton on townfoot industrial estate (Unit 2F Site 6) this is our preferred place to valet from as everything is set out to make the valet as easy as possible, however we do also have a van and can come to you if the vehicle cannot be moved, all we ask is for a power & water supply. 

Currently we do not offer any polishing options, however in the near future this is something we will offer. We felt as though machine polishing is a skill that needs a qualification to go hand in hand with so, until we have the training we are not willing to tarnish our name with any style of bad workmanship. Meaning it is something that will be a future addition to TwcValetings services but currently is not offered.
